Rhythms of Life

There are days or moments when you feel full of energy, active, and optimistic about everything.

There are also days when you feel discouraged and frustrated and have a hard time seeing the good in either what you do or what happens to you.

Some days you don’t have a clue about what you want. Other days you see clearly where you want to get.

These are your moods. They are like the tides. They come and go, and most of the time, there’s not much you can do about them. They’re part of life.
